Mid-Century Sideboard by Jiří Jiroutek, Model U-453

Legendary U-453 sideboard by Czech designer Jiří Jiroutek, designed in the 1960s and manufactured by Interier Praha. This iconic mid-century furniture piece features eight drawers in striking pink and gray tones, framed by a natural wooden structure. The U-453 series gained international recognition, particularly after the success of the Czech Pavilion at Expo 58 in Brussels, where its modern and functional design received great acclaim.

The sideboard has been restored, treated with hard wax oil, and thoroughly cleaned inside and out. The gray color on one of the drawers differs from the others, which is why the price has been reduced.
